Job summary

Cold Jet is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to ensure seamless operation of our dry ice solution systems. The CSC provides on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting at customer facilities across the region.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical problem solving, proactive maintenance, and the ability to travel 50% or more. You will work with sales to identify opportunities and maintain CRM data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience using multi-meters and diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum of three years in technical customer service or field service.
• Experience selling capital or industrial goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting for Cold Jet equipment.
• Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues at customer sites.
• Perform on-site repairs and upgrades to maximize uptime.
• Own customer issues and warranty work with clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and manage assets.
• Collaborate with sales to identify revenue opportunities; travel 50%+.
