Job summary

Cold Jet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to deliver on-site installation, training, and proactive maintenance for our dry ice systems. The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing equipment, providing expert technical support, and fostering customer relationships to drive service revenue within the territory.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with diagnostic tools, and the ability to travel up to 50% or more.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, FieldService Maintenance, or equivalent experience; Engineering experience is a plus.
Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair ability.
Experience using multi-meters and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting for Cold Jet equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to maximize uptime.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools.
Deliver technical training to customers on operation and optimization.
Own customer issues and warranty work with clear communication.
Maintain professional representation of the company and assets.
