Job summary

Cold Jet seeks a Customer Service Consultant to deliver on‑site installation, training, and troubleshooting for our dry ice systems. You will diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.

You will also collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and drive revenue through consultative recommendations, while maintaining strong documentation in our ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, maintenance, or related field.
• Proven hands‑on technical aptitude in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Minimum three years in technical customer service or field service.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site installation, training, and repair support at customer facilities.
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and optimize equipment performance.
• Own customer issues and warranty work with clear communication.
• Generate revenue through consultative selling and identifying opportunities.
