Job summary

Cold Jet is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to provide on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting for our dry ice solution systems. You will diagnose issues using diagnostic tools, perform repairs, and optimize equipment performance while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, 3+ years in technical customer service or field service, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Field Service Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
• Proven technical aptitude with hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience using multi-meters and diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum three years in a technical customer service or field service role.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, training, and troubleshooting for Cold Jet equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and on-site repairs to minimize downtime.
• Serve as technical resource and primary contact for customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and service activities using ERP/CRM tools.
