Job summary

Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair and calibrate high-tech machines at customer sites in the Salt Lake City area. You will work with customers and cross-functional service groups to support ZEISS products in the field.

You will travel 90-100% within the service area, including international travel as needed, and assist R&D with design and testing plus support production during assembly and setup.

Qualifications

Minimum high school graduate or GED.
Technical training or military background acceptable.
Experience with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, troubleshoot, service and calibrate high-tech machines at customer locations.
Demonstrate customer service skills with passion and dedication.
Learn new skills on high-tech CMMs and related electronics.
Complete administrative paperwork accurately.
