Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the assigned service team and deliver an impeccable service experience to Climate Pros customers.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with dispatch and Account Managers, drive efficiency, promote safety, and maintain strong customer relationships across the territory.

The role requires a proactive leader with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a record of developing teams in a field service setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned technicians.
• Provide technical support for field staff and territories.
• Coordinate with dispatch to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and sales team to drive sales.
• Ensure safety protocols are implemented and enforced.
• Provide exceptional support to customers.
• Oversee training and continued education of technicians.
• Conduct periodic checks of technicians' work.
• Handle customer callbacks for assigned areas.
• Perform other related duties as required.
