Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience in a service-focused industry.
• Journeyman-level or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Experience coordinating with dispatch and field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for assigned technicians and their territories
• Train newly hired technicians in the field
• Mentor technicians; provide continuing education and training
• Maintain communication with the team to drive results
• Work with dispatch to improve efficiency and productivity
• Handle customer callbacks and provide exceptional support
• Manage performance reviews, timecards, PTO and on-call for technicians
