Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor service technicians in field operations.
• Provide technical support for technicians and territories.
• Coordinate with dispatch to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Manage technicians' performance reviews, timecards, PTO and on-call.
• Resolve customer callbacks and provide exceptional service.
