Qualifications

• Typically requires an associate's degree and five or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of field service operations and safety procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements best practices to enhance business growth.
• Leads field service team to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensures technicians have proper training and certifications.
• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel.
• Monitors adherence to SOPs, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma programs.
• Participates in hiring and training of new Field Service Technicians.
• Tracks training and certifications for each technician.
• Possibly perform other duties as assigned.
