Zusammenfassung

Technical Safety Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of technicians delivering testing, certification, and calibration at customer facilities across life sciences, hospitals, and research centers. You will oversee daily field operations, support your team's development, and ensure high-quality service while aligning with regional goals.

Work closely with scheduling, operations, and training to optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of testing and certification experience with biological safety cabinets, fume hoods, or cleanroom environments.
• At least two years of leadership experience including responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) and KPIs.
• Experience managing people.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach a team, establish clear expectations, and achieve business goals.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop field service technicians across your assigned geography and service offerings.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, balancing technician productivity, service quality, and customer needs.
• Partner with regional leadership to achieve financial targets, monitor key performance indicators, and support regional growth.
• Coordinate with senior technical staff and the training department to identify training needs and support technician development.
• Work with operations and scheduling teams to improve scheduling efficiency and address logistical challenges.
• Support performance management through clear expectations, regular feedback, and accountability.
• Help resolve customer concerns and technical or equipment issues.
• Perform testing, certification, environmental monitoring, calibration, and related services at customer facilities as needed.
• Collaborate with other department managers and corporate shared services to support regional operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
