Job summary

Group-CBS is seeking a Senior Field Technician for an in-field role that requires about 80% travel across multiple customer sites. You will lead field service operations, oversee technicians, and ensure timely, high-quality technical support and equipment maintenance in diverse environments.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager or Director, you will guide teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and uphold safety and quality standards while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Lead senior or leadership field technician experience preferred.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.
• Able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and knowledge of safety regulations in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field service operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Provide guidance and support to field technicians to meet performance goals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in the field.
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of equipment used in field operations.
