Job summary

Refrigeration Design and Service, Inc. seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead a technician team, ensure high-quality field work, and uphold RD&S standards at customer sites. The role emphasizes safety, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will coordinate field activities, support preventive maintenance, and drive technical capability growth through training and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong industrial refrigeration experience including ammonia, Freon and CO2 systems.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities with team development.
• Excellent customer service skills and willingness to learn in refrigeration service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technicians to uphold safety, integrity, teamwork, respect and excellence.
• Ensure RD&S standards are met at all customer sites and proper documentation is completed.
• Serve as first point of contact for technical matters within designated area/accounts.
