Job summary

Provisur is seeking a Field Service Manager to supervise Electro-Mechanical Technicians and Field Service Technicians, coordinating installations, training, and 24/7 support coverage. You will drive service quality and work with engineering and production to improve equipment performance.

The role requires leading a technically skilled team, ensuring safety, and coordinating with sales and operations to meet service and aftermarket goals.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in related technical field or equivalent work related experience.
• 5+ years experience with a combination of customer and internal communications.
• 5+ years experience in a related industry or service management.
• 5+ years experience managing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Travel in support of service activities including installations, training, service work, field rebuilds, and 24/7 support.
• Provide leadership to direct reports including development and technical support.
• Ensure 24/7 maintenance support in the region and for the full product line.
• Support commercial activities by creating aftermarket quotations, RMAs, credits, and allowances; assist sales.
• Engage with sales, engineering, and operations to align resources and drive improvements.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
