Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Specialist Supervisor to lead a Service Specialist team, develop colleagues and manage performance. You will supervise scheduling, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs, ensuring work is on time, within budget and delivers high customer satisfaction.

You’ll implement safety practices, QA standards and training, while coordinating with operations managers and sales to support service growth and financial success of the business.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Service Specialist team activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards in field work.
