Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Service Specialist Supervisor to lead the Service Specialist team, manage performance, and ensure on-time, on-budget service with high customer satisfaction.

You will supervise scheduling, QA, safety, and training, and partner with Operations and Sales to drive service excellence across complex tasks and CSPs. 5+ years in field leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 5 years of related field or field management.
• Preferred Experience: building automation, electronics, life safety, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Service Specialists and coordinate scheduling and tasks.
• Mentor and develop colleagues; manage performance and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in field activities.
• Provide training and field support for urgent work orders.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales to support customer satisfaction.
