Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Specialist Supervisor to lead the Service Specialist team, drive performance, scheduling, inspections, and repairs while ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will mentor staff, implement safety standards, coordinate with operations, and support customer satisfaction, with opportunities for professional growth within our global service organization.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related field or field management experience.
• Experience in electronics, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule Service Specialists to match skill sets.
• Mentor and develop colleagues; conduct performance management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
• Provide training and development for technical and soft skills.
• Supervise Service Specialists; recruit and coach as needed.
• First-level field support for urgent or troubled work orders.
