Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. You will supervise field staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction while expanding our service base in the local market.

This role emphasizes leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on experience with technical systems such as building automation, fire alarm, and electronic security solutions. You will contribute to our culture of growth, safety, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership orientation and mentoring others within the department.
• Strong financial analytics including cost control and margin calculations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Developing project management experience in technical environments such as building automation or life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and Inspectors in service delivery.
• Manage resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for service delivery and expansion.
• Drive growth of service products in the local market with a focus on customer outcomes.
• Ensure Convergint commitments on CSPs, time/material, parts sales and other service duties are met.
• Perform additional duties as required by the business.

• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• This is a line position that is either field- or office-based and is responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

• Leadership Orientation - Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations).
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
• Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering
• Previous supervisory
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
