Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Supervisor to join a dynamic team dedicated to growth and excellence in service delivery. The role can be field- or office-based and focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction, cost control, and effective management of resources.

Qualifications

• Leadership orientation and mentoring of others in the department.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by executing all Convergint commitments on CSPs, time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• Line position managing resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for service delivery and expansion.
• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in service delivery.

What you’ll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• This is a line position that is either field- or office-based and is responsible for the effective management of resources, costs, safety, quality assurance and customer satisfaction for the delivery and expansion of the existing service base.
• Supervise Field Specialists, Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery.
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the local CTC market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

Requirements

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering
• Previous supervisory
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
