Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Service Specialist Supervisor to lead the Service Specialist team, develop colleagues and manage performance. You will supervise scheduling, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring work is on time, within budget and meets customer satisfaction.

You'll implement safety, quality standards and training, coordinating with Operations and Sales to bolster service quality and financial success while growing with the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related field or field management experience.
• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm, life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Service Specialists and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Provide training and development plans for specialists.
• Mentor, coach, and manage performance.
