Responsibilities

Coordinate field technicians to provide service to customers.
Establish and enforce customer service standards and expectations.
Lead and develop staff for future advancement via coaching and training.
Ensure staffing levels and compliance with policies.
Manage work orders, inventory pulls, and returns to minimize inventory investment.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
