Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., seeks a Field Service Supervisor in Cincinnati to lead our team of field technicians and oversee daily operations. You will be the main point of contact for customers, dispatch service staff, and drive staff development and process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring strong supervisory experience, heavy equipment knowledge (preferably Caterpillar), and proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment, preferably Caterpillar products.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Experience dispatching service technicians is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Field Service team and manage day-to-day department operations.
• Be the primary contact with customers during and after business hours and dispatch technicians.
• Develop and train staff; drive process improvements for service efficiency.
