Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians by establishing and enforcing service standards and expectations.
• Provide leadership for staff development and advancement through coaching and training.
• Ensure workforce is efficiently managed to minimize labor variances.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure policy compliance with hiring, counseling/discipline and termination policies.
• Ensure accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists; manage WIP inventory and returns from job site.
