DH Pace Company is seeking a Service Manager to lead our service and installation teams with a high level of customer interaction. The role combines hands-on supervision with strong organizational skills and a focus on meeting budget goals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and at least two years of supervisory experience in a commercial building products environment. A valid driver’s license and solid mechanical aptitude are also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years’ work experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a commercial building products company that fixes/repairs/installs equipment/products.
• Must be an excellent communicator who is highly organized and possesses a good mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and installation teams with hands-on management and strong customer interfacing.
• Oversee department budget and P&L, controlling labor and material costs.
• Recruit, train, and develop technicians and administrative staff.
