Qualifications

• Proven ability to implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to represent the company professionally to customers.
• 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians by establishing and enforcing service standards.
• Lead and develop staff for future advancement through coaching and training.
• Ensure workforce is managed to minimize labor variances.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists; manage WIP inventory.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by your manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
