Job summary

Frontmatec is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and mentor our field service technicians in Kansas City, MO. The role requires ensuring performance, safety, and service quality while coordinating with dispatch and customers.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and resource allocation, maintaining records and driving process improvements. Travel to customer sites is expected as part of delivering high‑quality field service.

Qualifications

• Professional or college degree in electromechanics or automation.
• Minimum of 5 years of field service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• General Supervisory Tasks: lead meetings, reviews, and scheduling; maintain records; ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Customer Focused Tasks: resolve customer issues promptly; bi‑weekly customer calls; ensure tools and resources are available.
• Service Team Focused Tasks: coordinate resources; monitor service reports; communicate with manager; ensure safety and quality.
• Continuous Improvement Tasks: participate in daily management system; collaborate on CRM improvements; implement corrective safety measures.
