Job summary

Waters Corporation, a leader in life sciences, seeks a Field Service Specialist II for the Nebraska region. You will install, service and troubleshoot Waters' LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC systems, ensuring customer success through proactive support and detailed reporting.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage service inventory, and deliver on-site training while traveling as needed to support multiple labs across industries.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or end-user support of scientific instrumentation.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatory.
• Understanding of the scientific application workflow and software systems (CDS, SDMS, LIM, ELN).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and support Waters product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC, Informatics).
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Communicate work performed and provide follow-up plans to manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations; deliver system-level training at customer sites.
• Manage service inventory per Waters policies; submit field service reports daily.
