Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Field Service Product Specialist to own the technical vision from discovery to close. You will partner with Account Executives to win complex enterprise deals, architect transformative Field Service solutions, and drive Agentforce-powered deployments at scale.
You will also lead design sessions, build proofs of concept, and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps while measuring ACV and usage growth post-sale.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical sales motions from discovery to deal close.
- Conduct executive-level product demos and architecture presentations to C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead technical design sessions for Field Service workflows and architectures.
- Build hands-on proof of concepts leveraging Field Service and Agentforce.
- Translate requirements into architectures and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Drive adoption and usage growth post-sale with Customer Success teams.
- Develop technical champions and establish long-term credibility with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AEs, CSMS, Product, and Professional Services for seamless journeys.
- Provide competitive intel and position Salesforce wins.
- Travel to customer sites and events 25–50% of the time.
