Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically in Architect roles.

  • Support Agile delivery activities, backlog refinement, and UAT.
  • Coordinate deployment readiness, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.

Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect (Sales Cloud) to help design and deliver scalable, business-focused solutions across our Salesforce platform. This role requires a blend of business analysis, solution architecture, and delivery coordination while working closely with internal stakeholders and external Salesforce partners. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution—ensuring smooth, high-quality implementations aligned with organizational goals.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent | Compensation: Paid | Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on all Salesforce initiatives, offering strategic recommendations for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules.
  • Partner with business teams to capture requirements and translate "As-Is" processes into optimized "To-Be" architectures for field technicians, dispatchers, and sales reps.
  • Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of Salesforce capabilities, including Work Order management, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and Sales automation.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise standards and Field Service data models.
  • Act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce implementation partners to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Support Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate deliverables against business expectations.
  • Coordinate deployment readiness, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous system improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with progressive experience in Architect roles focusing on Sales, Service, and Field Service.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) data models, Service Territories, and Service Cloud Omni-channel.
  • Proven ability to analyze business metrics and translate them into scalable functional and technical enhancements.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Consultant.
