Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead enterprise architecture efforts for our Professional Services clients.

You will serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert to large-scale enterprise accounts, shaping solution directions and ensuring scalable, maintainable implementations. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solutions Architects, guide technology deployments, assess risks, and communicate complex concepts clearly to C-level and

Qualifications

8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects.
Strong design, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
Strong presentation skills; able to defend a point of view to diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
Resourceful and innovative thinker with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice, sharing knowledge across communities.
Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
Contribute to program vision while advising on enabling technologies including Salesforce Platform.
