Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer operations or related fields such as: Customer Service
• Scheduling/Dispatching responsibilities
• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience; administrative background required

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for service requests
• Schedule daily work for field service technicians and coordinate with customers/subcontractors
• Create, track, and close service tickets with proper documentation and hours
• Review WIP reports and KPIs to ensure targets are met
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
