Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails to assess service needs and schedule visits.
• Consider time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate schedule for service technicians.
• Troubleshoot over the phone and share resources with customers.
• Provide administrative support to the service department.
• Back up Administrative Coordinator and Operations team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
