Job summary

Carrier is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Service Sales Engineer to accelerate revenue growth, expand our market footprint, and build high-value client partnerships within an assigned territory. This field-based role blends proactive business development with strategic relationship management.

You will prospect prospective accounts, uncover complex operational needs, and position our climate and energy solutions to win new business and secure long-term service agreements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 2+ years of HVAC, BAS, commercial HVAC, blueprint design layouts, or construction industry experience.
• Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with prospective and key accounts.
• Identify new sales prospects and leads within designated market segments.
• Lead bid opportunities and participate in contract negotiations with target customers.
• Develop client leads and advance pipeline with internal teams.
• Represent Carrier at industry trade shows and deliver product presentations.
• Collaborate with field teams to convert opportunities into service agreements.
