Job summary

Carrier HVAC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to help advance our Aftermarket Services for complicated systems. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in HVAC or Building Automation and be customer-focused, providing solutions to complex system problems.

Responsibilities include performing system maintenance, communicating enhancements, and training customers. A High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or technical field.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable by company’s insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to complex system problems and lead others.
• Perform maintenance on field controllers, servers, and field hardware.
• Communicate issues and recommend system enhancements.
• Train owners/operators on upgrades/service.
