Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation's Automated Logic unit seeks a Service Sales Professional to support Outside Sales activities and customer relationships, with training leading to a field-based role.

You will generate service contract renewals, identify opportunities for value-added services, educate clients on new products, onboard new customers, and maintain CRM, reporting pipeline and forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1+ years of experience with HVAC Controls, Building Automation, Commercial HVAC, Blueprint Drawings, or the Construction industry.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue new sales opportunities through provided leads while expanding sales in existing accounts.
• Work closely with technical teams (engineering, field technicians) to understand service requirements and relay customer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM while reporting service sales, pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet customer expectations.
• Customer service mindset with a sales-driven approach.
