Job summary

Carrier seeks an established HVAC Sales Engineer to market and sell Carrier Applied and Industrial HVAC products within your region. You will develop customer relationships and manage accounts to meet annual sales and margin targets.

You will engage Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineers, and Facility Owners, handling bids and order entry while promoting Carrier’s solutions. A technical background and field collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with HVAC sales experience (3+ years) or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred: BS in Engineering; LEED AP accreditation a plus; experience with Applied HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, gross margin and market share targets.
• Lead and grow assigned territory and build long-term relationships.
• Routinely call on and support Mechanical Contractors and Consulting Engineering firms.
• Assist with bid day operations, post-sale submittals, and order entry.
• Prepare quotes and promote Carrier’s line card at events.
