Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with power tools and construction is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales and Field End User Specialist to conduct product knowledge events.
• Gain operational experience across the Service Center, including repair and inventory processes.
• Manage end-user accounts and provide solutions to support their business needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive end-user conversions.
