Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join the Product Services Division.

You will work as a Field employee, conducting end-user demonstrations, gaining operations experience in the Service Center, and managing end-user accounts with strategic planning to maximize ROI. You will travel up to 80% within the territory, leveraging marketing programs to grow the account base and promote brand offerings across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with power tools and construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the specified sales territory.
• Experience with Point of Sales and entering purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Field End User Specialist for effective product demos and knowledge events.
• Learn Service Center operations including retail, repair, inventory, and P&L aspects.
• Manage end-user accounts with strategic planning and value-driven solutions.
• Support service repair marketing programs and drive market share through products.
• Grow the account base via aggressive prospecting and partnerships.
