Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our Product Services Division. As a Field employee, you’ll collaborate with Sales and End User Specialists to conduct effective demonstrations and expand our service footprint.

You will gain operational experience across the Service Center, including retail, repair processes, inventory, and center P&L. Travel up to 80% is required, with some two-week trips.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with power tools and construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory and possibly two weeks away per trip.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products and conduct end-user knowledge events with the Sales team.
• Learn Service Center operations including retail, repair processes, inventory management and P&L statements.
• Manage end-user accounts and provide solutions for their business needs.
