Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in coordination or project management preferred, ideally in electrical testing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills; technical background is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background, and references.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and related docs (POs, drawings, estimates, site photos) using Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, and MS Office.
• Support job costing and financial tracking by maintaining labor/material records.
• Understand project lifecycle from setup to invoicing.
• Track project materials and equipment calibration to meet NETA standards.
• Maintain professional communications with clients and suppliers on schedules and updates.
• Coordinate labor, transportation, and material deliveries to site as scheduled.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and report status to Service Support Manager.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain detailed project logs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
