Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Customer Engineer to perform installation, commissioning, and emergency service on UPS and power products. Travel and on-site work are required, with safety and customer satisfaction as core priorities.

You will work with a team to deliver reliable service and maintain strong customer rapport. Responsibilities include field tasks, safety compliance, administrative duties, and contributing to first-time fixes.

Qualifications

• ASEET or AMEET certification or progress toward is preferred.
• 4+ years military experience in a related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per company policies and procedures.
• Capable of working under direct supervision or independently based on training completion.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Maintain safety training and PPE compliance.
