Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform scheduled and remedial service on UPS and related equipment across customer sites in the Edge market. You will establish rapport with customers, perform on-site tasks, and support product service requests with guidance from training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Aseet or AMEET preferred or progress towards.
• High School or Vocational School Diploma.
• 2-4 years military experience in a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per company policies.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on technical issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Maintain safety bulletins and changes.
• Complete administrative tasks per guidelines.
