Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Customer Engineer for field services specializing in UPS, PDUs, and power products. You will install, commission, and provide both on-site and remote customer support.

The ideal candidate will have ASEET or AMEET certification, military technical experience, and strong communication skills. The job includes a flexible schedule, as travel is required. Benefits include a company vehicle, 401k with profit-sharing, and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• ASEET or AMEET certification (or progress toward)
• 4+ years military experience in a related technical field
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and perform scheduled/emergency service on UPS, PDUs, and Battery systems.
• Provide on-site and phone support to customers.
• Complete timecards, expense reports, and service documentation accurately.

Skills

Professional written and verbal communication

Familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Education

ASEET or AMEET certification
