Qualifications

• ASEET/AMEET preferred or in progress.
• 4+ years military experience in a technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Capable of working under supervision or independently based on training completion.
• Provide on-site and phone support to customers.
• Coordinate with Technical Support for issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Keep current on safety bulletins and service notices.
