Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and service UPS and power distribution units (2-120KVA) and related battery systems. The role requires collaborating with customers and team members, following safety guidelines, and performing tasks per policy across on-site locations.

Qualifications

• Perform service tasks as assigned per company policies.
• Capable of working under direct supervision or independently based on training completion.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on technical or procedural issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per published guidelines.
• Keep current on Safety Bulletins, Safety Field Change Notices, Field Change Notices, and Service Tips.
