Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience total, with 2–4 years in technical field service/repair and at least 1 year in a team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of field repair operations; lead up to 10 technicians/contractors.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; generate leadership reports to address performance gaps.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure safety/compliance with ISO standards and 6S practices.
• Repair, diagnose, and update Zebra devices at customer sites and train customers on usage.
