Job summary

Zebra Technologies seeks a field service technician to perform onsite repair work for Zebra devices and solutions, following service contracts and SLA targets. You will troubleshoot, replace parts, and coordinate with customers to ensure timely repair。 Based in Nashville with client locations in Tennessee and surrounding states, the role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and clear communication.

You will use internal systems to track repairs and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification preferred.
• 1+ years work experience in a relevant role.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work at height and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite repair services for Zebra devices and solutions per service contracts.
• Diagnose and service devices, perform basic troubleshooting and part handling.
• Manage parts inventory to meet SLA requirements and keep customers informed.
• Record service activity and hours; use Zebra systems for updates and reports.
• Support continuous improvement and adhere to safety and quality standards.
