Job summary

Zebra Technologies in North Carolina is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to run day-to-day field repair activities. You will lead a team of field technicians, provide onsite diagnostics and repairs, and support customers with device operation and maintenance.

This hybrid role requires 6+ years in field service with 1 year in supervision, travel 75–100%, safety and ISO standards compliance, and strong coordination with HR and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or supervisory experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of field service experience, 2–4 years in technical repair, 1 year in a team lead/ supervisory role.
• A+ certification or willingness to complete it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field repair operations and team productivity.
• Provide advanced onsite diagnostics, repair, and customer support for Zebra devices.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and site safety; prepare leadership reports.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and coordinate cross-functionally for NPI/NSI.
