Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking an onsite repair technician based in Nashville, TN, to service Zebra devices and solutions under contract requirements. You will diagnose, repair, and update firmware or software while coordinating parts and field logistics.

The role requires handling parts, maintaining accurate service records, and meeting SLA commitments. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and maintain safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent; Associate degree or certification strongly preferred.
• Work Experience: 1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service Zebra devices and solutions; handle parts, firmware and software updates.
• Meet customer SLAs for all service calls including response time and delivery.
• Maintain repair logs and inventory, and generate service reports for management.
