Job summary

Zebra Technologies seeks an onsite repair technician to service Zebra devices in the Tennessee/Kentucky/Mississippi region from a Nashville base. You will diagnose, repair, and return devices to customers while tracking parts and service activity. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to meet SLAs.

The role involves inventory management, post-service reporting, and occasional after-hours/standby coverage as part of a team committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or certification preferred.
• 1+ years of work experience in repair/service roles.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite repair tasks and basic diagnostics on Zebra devices.
• Receive, ship, review service requests, and verify contract entitlements.
• Record work performed and parts used in Zebra systems; maintain logs.
• Ensure SLA compliance and communicate status to customers.
