Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking an onsite repair technician to service Zebra devices and solutions under service contracts. You will diagnose, repair, and test equipment, manage parts and document activities while meeting SLA requirements in a dynamic field environment.

Ideal candidates have high school or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work at height and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid MS Office skill set and driving eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent; Associates degree or certification strongly preferred
• Work Experience: 1+ years

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite repair services per contract requirements.
• Diagnose and service Zebra devices or solutions; manage parts, testing and return to service.
• Meet customer SLA requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
• Record work performed with symptom codes and parts replacement reasons.
• Maintain logs of repair activities and travel time as per policy.
